Fine Foods will award a prize to its employees who will write the best reviews about the top two Premio Letteratura d'Impresa 2023 books.

Premio Letteratura d'Impresa 2023 just ended. It was promoted by ItalyPost and the magazine L'Economia of Corriere della Sera and sponsored by Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. During the Festival Città d'Impresa, held in Bergamo from 10-12 November 2023, a jury of about 200 passionate readers awarded first place to "Al di qua del fiume" by Alessandra Selmi.

During the award ceremony, Fine Foods CEO Giorgio Ferraris explained the reasons behind the decision to sponsor this event since it began:

This event fights the moaning culture. The books talk about characters who defied difficult situations without being afraid of adversity, showing that the solution lies within.

Another reason is to encourage reading among Fine Foods employees.

After Premio Letteratura d’Impresa, Fine Foods organises a company competition called "Write a review and win".

As in previous years, the company will make the top two ranked books (the second was "Adriano Olivetti un italiano del Novecento" by Paolo Bricco) available free of charge to employees who wish to write a review.

The top three reviewers, selected by the authors, will be awarded their prizes during a dedicated event in 2024.
