Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A., in its capacity as Data Controller, (hereafter "Fine Foods") informs you that EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereafter "GDPR") and Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Privacy Code) as amended by Legislative Decree no. 101/2018, govern the protection of personal data during processing operations.

Fine Foods processes personal data based on correctness, lawfulness, transparency and necessity principles, to protect data subject rights.

Under the above regulations, we provide the following information.

Processing subject

We process your personal data and contact details, as defined by the Privacy Code and GDPR, of which we become aware for sending you notifications by e-mail.

Processing purposes and legal basis

Processing your personal data is necessary for sending notifications to the Company's investors. These notifications are sent under the obligations of listed companies to provide information and transparency under the Italian Civil Code and Consolidated Law on Financial Intermediation (TUF). These regulations are the relevant processing legal basis (Art. 6.1. letter c) GDPR).

Processing methods

Data processing will be carried out through the following operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, disclosure, deletion and destruction of data.

Your data will be processed using paper and electronic or automated means.

Starting from its receipt/update, your data will be kept for a period consistent with the processing purposes described in the previous point.

Data disclosure and transfer

Processed data will not be disclosed except for third parties to fulfil the above purposes, and comply with law, regulations, and EU obligations.

Your data will be processed by the following parties:

  • Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. employees who are authorised and trained to process data based on their tasks.
  • External Data Processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

For the purposes specified in this policy, your data may be disclosed abroad, within and outside the European Union, in compliance with the rights and guarantees under applicable regulations, and without prejudice to verification that the country guarantees an "adequate" level of protection under the GDPR.

Data subject rights  

The data subject may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR at any time.

For anything not expressly provided for by the specified regulations, refer to applicable Privacy regulations.

The data subject may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
