In the period between January 2013 and December 2017 Fine Foods confirmed its role as one of most active job creators in the territory, with a special attention to youth labor.
In the last five years Fine Foods hired 213 new employees, of which 51% was 30 or younger at the hiring date.
A special attention was given to women, that represent 42.2% of total staff (on Dec. 31st, 2017) and 61% of office and lab employees, an attestation of the continuous commitment of Fine Foods to Corporate Social Responsibility.
