Today in Fine Foods NTM we produce all solid oral forms (powders, granules, tablets film-coated or not, hard-gel, sugarcoated tablets, capsules), monodose liquid bottles with or without cap for powder; we also pack in sachets, bags, bottles, jars, blisters, tubes and strips.

The GRANULATION, which we perform with fluid bed or wet granulation, allows us to disperse and to blend liquids into solids, to improve recipe ingredients mixing, to obtain an instantly soluble product, to render an ingredient directly compressible, to create a slow-release or gastric-resistant coating. We have five fluid bed granulators at our disposal, of which one with 100 kg batch size, two with 500-400 kg batch size, two with 300-600 kg batch size and a close-cycle system. Furthermore we dispose of dry and wet granulators and a drying oven.

BLENDING AND MIXING is covered by several production lines, to satisfy the diversified needs of our customers. From light blending, obtained with six double-cone mixers, with 200-1800 kg batch size; force-blending from our five ribbon-pale mixers, with 300-1200 kg batch size. Various mixers-high shear mixers, with capacities from 50 to 1000 liters per batch.

For TABLETTING we equipped our plants with 10 rotary tableting machines, handling round and oval shaped tablets, with a flat or convex surface, from 2,5 to 25 mm diameter, effervescent too.

For CAPSULES FILLING we have 3 production lines filling in hard-gel capsules size 0 to 4.

For tablets FILM-COATING we work with six filmcoaters with charges from approximately 50 to 250 kg, for the production of sugar-coated tablets too.

For LIQUID PRODUCTS we produce and pack 10 ml monodose liquid bottles, with or without cap for powder handling 200 or 400 mg content, in two new complete production lines.

Concerning PACKAGING, there are 7 lines for blistering tablets and capsules, 4 lines for jar filling, 4 lines for bottle filling with tablets or capsules, 12 lines for sachets filling (8 lines for 1-10 g/sachet, 3 lines for 10-200 g/sachet), one line for bag filling (200-2000 g/bag), one line for tube filling with chewable or effervescent tablets and one line for effervescent tablets stripping.
