Fine Foods NTM has an internal
Quality Control Laboratory, equipped
to handle all analytical requirements,
supporting the production.
We utilise the most modern
and reliable instruments:
liquid chromatography,
near-infrared spectrophotometry (NIRS),
atomic absorption, UV/Vis spectrophotometry,
etc.


The lab is equipped with a specialized operational unit for microbiological controls
on finished products, environments and surfaces.
In accordance with pharmaceutical GMP Fine Foods NTM has its Quality Assurance team.

The service is provided by professionals with different technical skills,
in order to guarantee all quality aspects, for pharmaceuticals and for nutraceuticals.
In fact, the presence of the Pharmaceutical Division, with the corresponding application
of current GMP, has a beneficial effect on the Nutraceutical Quality Assurance system.

The final result is a corporate quality system able to satisfy the most demanding
auditors' requirements.
