The Brembate plant is licensed to production
and packaging semifinished and finished drugs,
in solid oral form, as mixed powders,
fluid-bed granules, tablets, hard-gel capsules,
for packaging in sachets, bags, blisters.

All production areas are close-cycle and equipped
with independent control and monitoring for temperature
and air humidity, which allows the production
of effervescent granules too.

The Nembro plant is authorised for production of tablets, film- and sugarcoated tablets
and hardgel capsules, with packaging in blisters and jars. In 2006 an area was added
for the preparation of solid dosage forms with high-activity API's.

Again, of the many services offered we would like to indicate:
complete formulation study and development, pilot batches, development and validation
of analytical methods, stability tests, dossier preparation for registration purposes
(CTD Module 3), scale-up and process validation, complete outsourcing,
from purchasing and raw materials control to finished product release.
