A new Fluid Bed Granulator VECTOR VFC-300 FLO-COATER will be installed in the Brembate Pharmaceutical site of Fine Foods.

The equipment, with a capacity of 1,200 liters and an air flow of 9,500 m³/hr, can granulate up to 700 kg lots of Pharmaceutical products.

State-of-the-art filtering and cleaning systems, such as cartridge filters with a backwashing air cleaning and an automated washing-in-place system, guarantee the highest quality standards, while the sophisticated COMPU4 control system grants a very accurate management of the granulation process.

The investment, whose overall cost will be in the region of € 1 Million, is in response to the numerous opportunities generated by the increasing interest for Fine Foods shown by Pharmaceutical customers, which has led to a substantial growth for Fine Foods in this sector.
